Commercial use of my designs when you need to contact me

You are allowed to use my design after contacting me if

• You own a bakery and your employees make the cookies inspired by my designs for sale.
  
• You teach cookie decorating classes based on my designs and get money for these classes.
• You want to use my copyrighted material for any other commercial purpose.
  

Non-commercial use of my designs

You can copy any of my designs for personal use without contacting me. If you post pictures of your work inspired my designs on social media please give me credit by saying inspired by Tunde Dugantsi, with a link to one of my sites. This way your friends will get a chance to learn about my work.  As a main rule, if you don't get money for it, then it's personal use. This includes:

• Cookies you make for a company event (if you don't charge for it).
  
• Cookies you make for a charity auction.
• Cookie class you organize for your friends and family if you don't charge them.

Commercial use of my designs when you don't need to contact me

You can copy any of my designs for commercial purposes without contacting me in the cases stated below. If you post pictures of your work inspired by my designs on your site or/and social media please give me credit by saying inspired by Tunde Dugantsi, with a link to one of my sites.

• You are a home baker and you make the cookies for sale yourself. You can sell my designs but you can not use my pictures to advertise your products. You have to make your version and post your own pictures on your site, giving credit for inspiration.
  
• You own a bakery and you make the cookies for sale yourself. You can sell my designs but you can not use my pictures to advertise your products. You have to make your version and post your own pictures on your site, giving credit for inspiration.
• You own a bakery and your employees make the cookies for sale, but you make my design only occasionally when you get a special request. (Maximum 3 times per design per year) You can sell my designs but you can not use my pictures to advertise your products. You have to make your version and post your own pictures on your site, giving credit for inspiration.
