In this class, we will learn how to create the cookie set pictured.

To speed up the drying process during class, I use a dehydrator. If you don't have one, you can set your cookies in front of a fan or use the lowest setting of your oven.

Supply list:

• Cookies (birdhouse, 2 birds, 4 inch heart, 3 inch hearts x2)
• White piping consistency icing with a tipless bag or a small round tip
• White, pink and red flood consistency (10 second) icing
• Edible lace heart
• Red royal icing roses with leaves
• Black edible marker.
• Small heart cookie cutter as template
• Scribe tool, toothpick, paper towel
