Pork is the most commonly consumed meat in Hungary. Which means, we have a lot of different ways to prepare delicious food from every single cut. While pork loin is one of the cheapest cut here in the USA, it's a premium meat in Hungary (lucky me!). In this class we will learn four delicious recipes.
Of course, once the meal is ready we will have to taste it, so consider lunch/dinner taken care of.
